Anndex.com is committed to our customers’ satisfaction. We stand by the quality of all of our merchandise. Products found to be defective will be replaced, and shipping costs will be reimbursed promptly
Shipping Damage
If product is damaged in shipment, please contact us immediately via e-mail, using the same mail@anndex.com e-mail address. We’ll, ship new merchandise as quickly as possible.


Returns
Merchandise may be returned to Anndex.com. Products must be in sealable condition and not in broken packages, and a 25% restocking charge will be assessed on returned items. All products to be returned

A returned merchandise authorization must accompany all items sent to Anndex.com regardless of the reason for the return. Please send e-mail to mail@anndex.com and tell us the items you are returning as well as the reason for return (damaged, defective, other reasons we may not be able to think of ahead of time).
